Solar Submittal Process


  1. Complete a proposal request by going to

  2. You will get a text and an email containing the link to your propsoal from Salesforce.

  3. Review the proposal with the customer and get the YES.


1. Run the credit through the finance company and get approval.

2. Once Approved, request the loan docs by clicking on the link sent from Loanpal or by selecting this option from the finance company’s portal, or through Synergy Support: 800-542-3100

Contract Request & Document Submission

  1. To request your proposal, open up your proposal email and select “CLICK HERE TO REQUEST CONTRACT”.

  2. The link will take you to a page where you will upload the following pictures:

    1. Picture of the Utility Bill

    2. A Picture of the Electric Meter

    3. A Picture of the Electric Panel.

    It is important for us to clearly see the panel. There is no limit to the amount of photos you can upload.

  3. You will also enter in the type of roof we will be installing on. Please be as specific as possible. Upload photos of the roof if possible.

  4. Please use the large fields to enter in any details we should know.

  5. Click Submit. We will receive your request in real-time and process the Contract and send it directly to the Customer.


Project Tracking

Sales dealers will receive the same emails that the customer receives. These emails are from Salesforce, and will keep you up to date with the process. Should you have any questions, simply reply to one of these emails and your project manager will be able to assist you. 

Salesforce logins will be provided to a few dealers this week as a BETA test.
